Rates.
Nightly rates fluctuate with the season. Low, shoulder and peak seasons rates fall between: $360 to $495 per night.
Cleaning fee: $125.
Larger bookings.
Kangaroo Gully View is available for booking in conjunction with Kangaroo Gully House at the same nightly rates. This identical 4 bedroom home is located within 300 metres of Kangaroo Gully House and can sleep an additional 6 guests.
Booking and cancellation policy.
If your requested dates are available you will be required to pay the full rate (including cleaning fee and bond) to finalise your reservation.
Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.
